Features

The traditional way of cooling for high, medium frequency and super audio frequency induction equipment is to excavate a certain amount of water pool or use open cooling water tower to cool directly with hard water, which often causes scaling on the water pipe wall due to poor water quality, gradually reducing or even blocking the circulating water flow, thus causing component damage (such as: electronic tube, thyristor, reactor, capacitor, Ig BT module, induction coil, etc.
In our company's maintenance of medium and high frequency induction heating equipment, it is concluded that the equipment failure caused by water accounts for about 80% of the equipment damage. If the quality of cooling circulating water is improved and the equipment is cooled suffciently, the failure rate of equipment will be reduced by 80%.
Our company has successfully developed FBN series closed water cooling system for the above problems.
