● It is made of solid, durable and highly conductive oxygen free copper tube. The water-cooled coil and the effective coil are wound by copper tube in one, without section. The two turns of the induction coil are strictly insulated between the adjacent copper tubes, and the insulating sheet is implanted between the adjacent induction coils. After the coil is sprayed with insulating paint, it becomes a complete structure and is pressed by the upper and lower steel structures in the furnace body. The overall structure is solid without deformation. Coil turns are appropriate. Maximum electrical effciency can be obtained. The coil is supplied with cooling water by multiple waterways and evenly distributed. The outer part of the coil is tightly wound with insulating materials, and the arc-shaped insulating gasket between turns ensures that the coil spacing is uniform and is conducive to moisture discharge.
● Before the insulation treatment, the whole is sandblasted, and the oxygen-free copper pipe is wound as a whole, using the frst-class insulation technology and materials.
