1) After running for 7~10 days, the belt should be readjusted. In the early stage of operation, the tension of the belt will be weakened due to the fact that the belt and pulley are properly engaged. (2) The performance of the cooling equipment is related to the circulating water volume, and it should be checked whether the standard water volume is reached. (3) Attention should be paid to noise, vibration and current values. If there is any abnormality, please refer to the table of fault causes and countermeasures to deal with it as soon as possible. (4) The heat-resistant temperature of the filler is 65 degrees Celsius. Do not flow into circulating water that exceeds the heat-resistant temperature. When the fan is stopped, attention should be paid to the inflow of circulating water. Even if the circulating water that has passed the heat-resistant temperature temporarily flows in, the filler will be bent and deformed.
