What are the classification and common types of heat treatment heating plates? We have introduced what thermal equipment is before, and today we will introduce what are heat treatment heating plates. Of course, the heat treatment heating plate is inseparable from the heat energy equipment. Is there a word for heat? Kehua will introduce to you how they are related? The heat treatment furnace refers to the electric furnace or fuel furnace for heat treatment of the charge. Commonly used heat treatment furnaces include box-type resistance furnaces, pit-type resistance furnaces, gas carburizing furnaces and salt bath furnaces. Usually a continuous furnace is used, and workpieces are continuously loaded from the charging door, passed through the furnace, and continuously discharged from the discharge door. The commonly used method of conveying in the furnace is to load the workpiece on the heat-resistant steel guide rail and move it with a step-by-step moving beam or push rod. In recent years, heat-resistant steel conveyor belts have gradually been used to transport materials. In this way, the heat treatment operation is more rationalized, which greatly increases the possibility of automation and unmanned management of the heat treatment process. Heat treatment heating piece 1. Classification of heat treatment heating piece Due to the variety of heat treatment process types and the shape and size of heat treatment workpieces, heat treatment furnace types and structures are also varied. There are many classification methods of heat treatment furnaces, and different classification methods represent its different characteristics. : (1) According to the mechanization method, it is divided into: roller hearth furnace, walking furnace, trolley furnace, external mechanized chamber furnace, chain furnace, rotary heart furnace, vibrating heart furnace, bell furnace, etc.; ( 2) According to the highest temperature: the furnace temperature is greater than 1000 ℃ for high temperature heat treatment furnace; 650 ~ 1000 ℃ for medium temperature heat treatment furnace; 650 ℃ below for low temperature heat treatment furnace; (3) According to the main types of heat treatment process: solution, quenching , chemical heat treatment furnaces such as normalizing, tempering, annealing and carburizing; (4) According to the production operation mode: periodic and continuous heat treatment furnaces; (5) According to the heating method: divided into direct heating methods, such as open flame furnaces etc.; indirect heating methods, such as radiant tube furnaces, muffle furnaces, etc.; (6) According to the heating heat source: there are coal-fired furnaces, oil-fired furnaces and gas-fired furnaces that use fuel combustion as a heat source; in addition, there are resistances that use electric energy as a heat source Furnace, electrode furnace, induction heating furnace, etc.; (7) According to the heating medium in the furnace: gas is used as heating medium, such as air, flue gas, controlled atmosphere, vacuum, etc.; liquid is used as heating medium, such as molten salt, Melting lead, etc.; using solid as heating medium, such as flowing particle furnace, etc. 2. Common types of heat treatment furnaces Commonly used heat treatment furnaces include box-type resistance furnaces, pit-type resistance furnaces, gas carburizing furnaces and salt bath furnaces. (1) Box-type resistance furnace. Its working principle is to use electric current to generate heat through electric heating elements arranged in the furnace, and to heat the parts through electric current and radiation. It is a widely used heating equipment in heat treatment workshops. It is suitable for heating of annealing, normalizing, quenching, tempering and solid carburizing of iron and steel materials and non-ferrous materials (non-ferrous metals). It has the advantages of simple operation, accurate temperature control, protective gas can be introduced to prevent oxidation of parts when heated, and good working conditions. (2) Well-type resistance furnace. The working principle of the well-type resistance furnace is the same as that of the box-type resistance furnace. Commonly used are medium temperature well furnace, low temperature well furnace and gas carburizing furnace. The well-type resistance furnace uses a crane to lift parts, which can reduce the labor intensity, so it is widely used. The medium temperature pit furnace is mainly used for heat treatment such as quenching, annealing and normalizing of dry and long parts, and its maximum working temperature is 950 ℃. Compared with box-type furnaces, pit-type furnaces have better heat transfer, and a fan can be installed on the top of the furnace to make the temperature distribution more uniform. (3) Salt bath furnace. The salt bath furnace is a furnace type that uses molten salt as a heating medium. The salt bath furnace has the advantages of simple structure, convenient manufacture, low cost, good heating quality and fast heating speed, so it is widely used. However, when heating in a salt bath furnace, there are processes such as binding and clamping of parts, which are complicated in operation, labor-intensive, and poor in working conditions. Therefore, salt bath furnaces are often used for small and medium-sized parts with high surface quality requirements. The above is the relevant introduction of the heat treatment heating plate. Many of us use the heat treatment heating plate in our daily life. It can be used in microwave ovens and our other ovens, etc. It can be said that its uses are very extensive. That's it for Kehua's introduction.
